CIRCUIT TRAINING

Incorporate cardio intervals into your strength training program to improve your cardiovascular health, while improving strength, balance, agility and core function.

BOOTCAMP TRAINING

Use a variety of tools, or just your body to create a high-intensity full body workout.

TRX TRAINING

Improve your strength and stability with the TRX suspension trainer and your speed and power with the TRX RIP trainer to create the ultimate full-body workout.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a fun, highly effective workout that will challenge and improve your cardiovascular abilities and will strengthen and tone your body in a way that no other workout can do!

In one-on-one kickboxing, your trainer will teach you a variety of kicks and punches and will pad-hold for your workout.  Partner, group training and classes will teach you not only how to kick and punch, but how to effectively hold pads for others as well.

DISTANCE TRAINING VIA E-MAIL

Your trainer will provide you with a personal fitness program based on your goals, equipment access, time availability and medical/health history.

  • SINGLE PROGRAM (includes follow-up e-mail to ensure program clarity) = $75
  • 6 WEEK PROGRAM (1 program provided every 2 weeks along with workout schedule suggestions and trainer follow-up for support and clarification) = $180
  • 12 WEEK PROGRAM (1 program provided every 2 weeks along with workout schedule suggestions and trainer follow-up for support and clarification) = $300
